These lovely little shower steamers pack a punch.  Give yourself an aromatherapy hit while you are in the shower!  The water activates the steamer and allows the essential oils to mingle with the steam of your shower while you wash.   
 
Contains:  Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia Melarosa), Black Pepper (Piper Nigrum), Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii), Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) and Orange (Citrus Sinensis).
 
HOW TO USE:  
Allow water to contact the shower steamer, then place it in the shower tray at your feet, away from the direct water jet.  If you would like a stronger/faster release of fragrance,  putting it where more water will be in contact, or try popping the steamer in the shower soap tray where it will be touched by more water.
 
NOT FOR USE IN THE BATH.
