Contains:  Cajeput (Melaleuca Leucadendron Cajeputi), Clove Bud (Syzygium Aromaticum), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Globulus), Juniperberry (Juniperus Communis), Peppermint (Mentha Arvensis), Piperita Mentha (Mentha Piperita) and Wintergreen (Gaultheria Procumbens).
 
Cajeput can help greatly with seasonal illnesses and supports a healthy respiratory system.  Very therapeutic.  Combined with Clove Bud which is antibiotic, antiseptic and antiviral, and also very good for your immune system.  We have added Eucalyptus (also good for your respiratory and immune system).  It is packed full of analgesic, antiseptic, antiviral and decongestant properties.  
 
Juniper Berry inhibits the growth of germs and smells great. Peppermint Arvensis and Piperita Mentha both contain anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiseptic and astringent properties.  Both are known to be excellent for muscular and joint pain, headaches, increasing energy levels and nausea.  Wintergreen helps to increase blood circulation in joints.
 
HOW TO USE:  
Allow water to contact the shower steamer, then place it in the shower tray at your feet, away from the direct water jet.  If you would like a stronger/faster release of fragrance, try popping the steamer in the shower soap tray where it will be touched by more water.
